Is there anyone else with anterior placenta and doesnt really feel any movement of baby at 22weeks?

Maybe once or twice till now i felt something that could have been baby moving but not sure. My Ultrasound doctor said its a good thing to not feel early as it would mean there is enough amniotic fluid. I wm very confused as i can see people are even able to make out baby movements from outside and their partners can feel it too.

I am not a first time mom either but my first one was posterior placenta.
