Baby drop

Is it possible for baby to drop then go back high again? A week ago I really thought my baby dropped. I felt movement extremely low, when the doctor checked me she said he felt low she could feel his head, I was also having extreme pelvic pain. This week a lot of the pain from him being low went away and I felt kicks higher up in my ribs. Is it possible he came back up?
