Okay so a year ago my friend was SO excited that we would both be trying to get pregnant around the same time. Well I ended up getting pregnant first(I’m 22 weeks) and she just told me last night she’s pregnant (6weeks). Well she acts as if I’m not even pregnant or that I didn’t just experience everything she is currently going through. It is so freaking weird. She has been so distant my entire pregnancy, not checked on me one time and didn’t even ask how I was doing last night or even a single question about me or my pregnancy. It really bothers me and is extremely hurtful to not have any sort of support from someone I used ago call a best friend. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?! I know they say pregnancy really show who your real friends are. I just can’t help but want to pull away which is so unfortunate because it should be such a happy time celebrating pregnancy together.
