Pregnancy after complicated D&C?

I had a D&C for our 2nd loss at 15 weeks.

He was our #6, we lost #4 at 18 weeks. I had a D&C on February 1st, then had a complication with my heart after I woke up from my D&C. They pumped me with a lot of heart medications to stabilize my heart. Had crash cart called twice. It was a very scary experience. I only stayed one night at the hospital. Then last night I had a lot of pain in my cervix for 2 hours. I was sitting on my couch watching Super Bowl. Right before halftime, I felt a lot of blood clot gushing out of me. I was bleeding lightly for the past 2 weeks. I called 911, was transported to the hospital. They removed all the blood clot that I had passed out of my pants while they put me into a gown. I had blood work, ultrasound done. It came back normal and they didn’t see anything on the ultrasound either. They believe that my blood clot was an old product. They believed that the blood clot was blocking all the blood from coming out of me as well. Discharged me and I’ve been home resting. I also have stopped bleeding completely after I lost all those stuffs last night. I just have a feelings that it’s not a good idea for me to get pregnant ever again. I was wondering if anyone would share their traumatic experience with their loss which resulted in hospital stay/ ER visit and ended up with health pregnancies? I just don’t want to make a mistake if I decide to get a tubal ligation.
