Do I need to get checked?

30 weeks even with a history of multiple premies and had one time of prodromonal labor this pregnancy.

About 2 hours ago, I was having contraction feelings. They didn’t have a rhythm but they were really painful and seemed pretty close together. Since about 20 minutes ago, I all of a sudden felt a bunch of mucus come out (but no blood). Now especially if I move at all, I feel a lot of pressure, like baby is either really low or pushing down all of a sudden. I’ve tried finding baby on Doppler but don’t really hear anything but think I’ve felt a few movements still
