Can implantation bleeding happen days after implantation?

I’ve been getting vvvvvvfl results on my early pregnancy tests the past 2 days and tonight at 10DPO I have this in my undies - nothing more when I wipe at all. Is it possible to experience implantation bleeding 2 days after actual implantation? I do work from home on the couch (and sometimes in bed lol) daily and this happened when I was up and moving around for a couple of hours tonight so I’m not sure if it just made its way out? Period is not due for another 4-5 days, no cramps.
