Light periods after d&c for mmc

My period has decreased significantly. Prior to d&c af was 5 days, it’s now 3 1/2.

Before I had 2 heavy days, 2 medium, and one light. I know have 2 medium, 1 light, and one day of spotting.

Everything I’ve read says my period isn’t like it should be. I’m afraid I have a scarred uterus from d&c although they suggest it’s rare.

I couldn’t see my doctor until May, so I saw another provider at the practice today. He told me to be happy that my period was lighter and that it’s perfectly fine. No post op visit was scheduled after my d&c. They didn’t even have my d&c listed in my medical chart., no ultrasound to measure my lining, no blood work. I feel that I have a poor quality of care and they aren’t taking my concerns seriously.
