He doesn’t like me anymore because of this.

I hit it off with an amazing person. He told me im the most wonderful person he’s met, and that I’m special to him. For Valentine’s, he sent me a box of chocolates and snacks. He said he’d like to take me out sometime and I agreed. Fast forward, and we’re texting about our pasts and etc.

I mention the tattoo i have (one) on my ribs for my passed dad. He said he didnt know i had it despite me telling him before. He then says that he’d never date someone with a tattoo, and its too taboo for him. And he’d never be forced to get one. I tried to say id never force him to, and that its the only one I’d ever have, but he told me that its too rough and tough.

And just like that he doesn’t seem interested anymore. I already told him about it and he either wasn’t listening or forgot:/ im really upset how i could go from the most wonderful person to “too rough” for him..idk
