Gallstones while pregnant

Has anyone else had gallstones while pregnant? I’ve had them for the last year, I was scheduled to remove my gallbladder then it got pushed back, then I found out I was pregnant so my surgeon won’t operate. I am in so much pain. I changed my diet, and I’m still having horrible gallbladder attacks that last 12+ hours! I would rather go through labor than the pain I’m feeling…

Has anyone else ever had this happen to them? Any tips? I’m desperate… I can’t make it another 9 months like this 😭 I’m miserable!!
