Bleeding 5 weeks

I’ve previously had 2 miscarriages and and pregnant for the 3rd time. I started spotting pink yesterday and today it was red but it wasn’t like the ones I’ve had in the past not bad cramps or anything. I went to the ER because I was concerned and they did an ultrasound and blood test and my blood test came back at 4,000. My ultrasound did have a gestational sac but there’s not heartbeat or anything yet. The bleeding does still worry me though just wondering if anyone else has had this?
