nexaplon causing chest issues?

good morning ladies! do any of you ladies have nexaplon bc? i had my daughter 10 months ago, and have had issues since ive gotten it put in but never this severe with nexaplon. three days ago {the arm my nexaplon} is in my arm felt dead i brushed it off. the next morning my chest started aching on my right side and note that ive been bleeding almost daily because of it and my ob claims it’s normal! the pain has grown significantly worse throughout the days now on my right, left and middle of my chest. my mom and i did research about it, nexaplon causes blot clots and pneumonia and heart attacks. im going to the doctor today but wanted opinions and how you ladies dealt with it? im very worried ☹️
