Life change!
Hey all. I want to start a healthy lifestyle because I’m tired of me. I’m tired of always quitting and only wishing I was a certain size. I need to and want to lose weight for I can be healthy and feel loved by myself. I had my baby about 6 months ago and I gained “a lot”. I haven’t been active and I just stay at home. I still havnt got a good routine for myself and my baby so we’ve been eating out a lot. And that obviously makes you gain. Anyways! I decided that that’s it!, I am done. I am ready to take it to the next level but I need some guidance.
Is there anyone that could help me and guide me on what I should do. Mostly in nutrition! Like I need someone to tell me what to do lol what steps should I take and how. I’m a picky eater so I will be looking into the foods that I like. I also plan on taking my son for a walk everyday now that I’m going to start working part time
