Cerclage and dilation questions and worries!

So. I’m waiting on the call from my doctor because my scans have been at the hospital where my cerclage was placed. But I was dilated 3cm today annnnd all that’s holding my babygirl in there is that stitch, FOR NOW! I’m definitely getting nervous. And just wondering if anyone else has been in the same boat or can offer some advice or tell me how your situation worked out?! I’m 29 weeks and 2 days and no where near ready for little miss to be here yet.
