Vaccine

My 4 month old received her vaccines yesterday. She received 3 shots. She was fine right after but a few hours later she was warm and fussy so I gave her Tylenol. This morning she still isn't completely herself and is still warm (no fever). I noticed that one area of where she received her shots is a bit swollen. Is this normal? She was completely fine when she received her 2 month shots but this time she is more fussy and warm. Its been over 24 hours now.
