What was the delivery method with your baby if you had ***gestational diabetes**

Please comment the week you had your baby and if it was an induction/spontaneous labor/c-section

Declined induction and delivered naturally, no medication or epidural, a day before my due date to a 10lb 2oz baby girl.

Had gestational diabetes with my first 3 kids. 
Went into labor on my own with all of them, 1st was day before due date had her on her due date. 
2nd was 39 weeks 4 days.
3rd was 38 weeks. 
Oddly enough the only baby I didn’t have gestational diabetes was my 4th and I had to be induced and he was the biggest by far at birth.

With both pregnancies I had GD and was on insulin. My fasting #'s were getting harder to control as my pregnancies progressed so induction was offered around 39 weeks. 
With my first my water broke at exactly 39 weeks the day before I was going to be induced.  I ended up being given pitocin at the hospital after several hours because I was losing fluid but my contractions weren't picking up.
With my second I asked for a membrane sweep around 38+3 which was a few days before I would be induced.  My water broke that night.

37+4 scheduled induction date. I have diet controlled gestational diabetes, but due to a slow rise in blood pressure, they're worried about gestational hypertension. I'm IVF though, which put me at an increased risk for gestational hypertension.

I declined induction as it wasn't medically necessary. I went into labor on my own at 40 weeks 5 days and gave birth at 1:05am the next morning. Our son was 10lbs 1oz, I had an epidural 12 hours into labor, pushed for an hour and fifteen minutes, unassisted.

I went in labor on my own with gd with my first daughter at 39.6 weeks and I am pregnant and have gd.

I’ve had 2 babies with GD. 
#1 I was induced at 40 weeks exactly because I developed an AWFUL PUPPS rash the last few weeks and was miserable. Birth was the only cure for it. I labored for 32 hours then pushed for 4 hours ending in an emergency cesarean because baby’s heart rate dropped every contraction. They stopped my contractions and when they tried to restart labor, they couldn’t!  
#2 I went into L&D triage for reduced fetal movements at 37 weeks and found out I was in labor and baby was in distress every contraction. We went for an emergency cesarean because the doctor was worried he wouldn’t make it. Turns out his umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck 3x.
