Getting my first mammogram at 31 😩
Recently found a lump on my left breast and my doctor recommended me to get a mammogram (my family has a history of breast cancer). Of course, me being the lil researcher that I am, I looked into the preparations and actual procedure. Gahhh I am so NOT excited for all the breast-pinching/squashing/turning this entails lol…but also very nervous for the results. Wish me luck, y’all! ðŸ˜
