Re-enlisting

So my husband ETSd in 2019, his date to go back in while keeping rank and not going back to basic just passed a few weeks ago but he's still got a few years in IRR. He keeps saying if we go into an active war with Russia he is going back in and I fully believe him and not trying to stop him BUT... We have a 2 yr old. I'm due with our second in June and we are currently building our first home. Where we live now we are by all of our family. If he does re enlist I don't want to move to an army base only to have to fight to find housing and then he gets deployed and I'm somewhere by my self for however long with no family or help and having to sell our house that we have worked hard for. I'm I wrong for wanting to stay here while he goes? I just don't see the point if he would likely be deployed. Obviously that's not guaranteed but just theoretically.
