Milk Transition?

Is anyone transitioning their baby to whole milk yet? Due the outbreak in formula, I’m scared to get him another 2 cans to last him till March 29th. I just weaned him off breast too. What’s everyone’s plans?

I’m still nursing a few times a day. But I’m not going straight to milk. They don’t really need it. He drinks water.

We’ve been mixing formula and whole milk for a couple weeks now to transition. Mainly so we don’t need to but formula anymore and supply it to nursery, whereas they provide whole milk 😆 just gonna do that until the formula is all used up as I don’t want to waste any. Baby didn’t seem to notice any difference.

Agree- don’t start whole milk. Just stick with water and foods. Babies don’t need milk after 1yr and it is full of sugar and can lead to iron deficiency.

We’ve been slowly mixing formula with almond milk since he has a dairy allergy per the doctors recommendation for about a week now. He turns 1 on 3/3 😩😩
