first month of bc and no period

hi! so i just started the birth control lo loestrin fe a month ago and my period was supposed to start during the “sugar pills” but it never did. i have had an almost pinkish discharge but that is it. i have had sex a few times in this month but he never came in me. should i still be worried about pregnancy or is it just my body getting used to the pill? kind of panicking because i don’t know what’s normal and what isn’t on this pill. thank you!
