I don’t know what to do

My partner and I already have 3 kids. One of which is only 5 months old. We’re supposed to have our wedding in September and we were both supposed get sterilized in a month. I woke up feeling super weird and decided to take a test … I don’t know what to do. We believe in pro choice but I don’t think I could go through with an abortion and I know once I see it I won’t be able to give it up. I don’t know how to tell my partner. He’s going to be devastated. We really didn’t want another child.
