C section infection?!

Hello everyone
I am 5 days PP with emergency CS. My belly is numb and feels super bruised. It’s hard to touch and now it’s red above .:. Does this look normal? I’ve never had a c section before.

A little update 
After this I spoke with my midwife who assured me all was good. I had a hard ball under the skin and she said it was normal. 
Yesterday I stood up and the infection just poured out of me and continues too. Ended up having to go to the hospital for them to push more out and give me an antibiotic through IV and send me home with more. 
The stuff that came out - soooo gross, all puss and smelt so bad.

Redness is usually a sign of infection I’d definitely get it checked out

I've had 2 and in my case you will always be numb or at least I always have been but the hardness and redness does not seem normal to me, I would call your ob to be safe

Is it itchy?Looks like possible cholecystitis flare up  but definitely infection.Have u a temperature or pain?Definitely get checked

It’s only 5 days. It’s normal for it to be red and bruised and hard tbh my doctor told me if it starts leaking to come in. I’ve had three but if you feel uneasy go to the doctor

Yeah the numbness and bruising is normal but not the redness. I would call your doctor
