Waiting game

Feeling a little down. I feel like everything is always the waiting game with me. I was out on birth control before we started our IVF cycle. My doctor shortened the length of my birth control from 3 weeks to only 11 days. I went in for my baseline and they said expect some type of bleeding in a few days and then to start injections on day 2 since we are planning to do a fresh transfer. I stopped my birth control on Monday and today is almost over (Friday) and I still haven’t started a period or any bleeding. I did reach out to my clinic. They said if I don’t start any during the weekend that I would need to come in again for another ultrasound. Has this happened to anyone? Am I gonna have to wait for another cycle to start over again? Just feeling further away from the light at the end of the tunnel.
