Help ( tmi warning )

I haven’t had sex since dec and with that partner I got tested recently all came back negative I even asked for the herpes and they did it recently I got waxed last month and I noticed this .. any clue ? They don’t hurt they don’t even bother one they been there for about 1-2 weeks I got waxed yesterday again thinking they were ingrown but no any clue ?
