What to do? Help!

Baby is 3 months he has been in and out of this rash thing but it's never been this bad...whats weird it got better at the in-laws over the weekend and then got home and this started happening...nothing has changed....ive washed his face least 4 times in the last day and half...everytime I notice it's dry...today I used Vaseline I know its been only an hr but only made it feel soft not changed the red or bumpy...the only thing I can think of that happened different is I used different body wash with very little fragrance and his lotion was Johnson and Johnson instead of aveeno...I have no clue what to try.  Husband wants to do hydrocortisone but idk...

Probably eczema. See your pedi they can refer you to a dermatologist. Try to Go unscented everything. I have found that aquaphor body wash and aveeno eczema cream for daily use and aquaphor to protect it. The doc will baby able to give you a topical to help clear it up.

I would wonder about your detergent for laundry. 
Try scent free for sensitive skin and get sensitive skin soap and lotion . We like the babo botanical sensitive skin products

If you have breast milk, def soak in cotton ball and rub on face.

My son is two years old now and ever since he was four months old he developed a rash on his cheeks it was very bad almost exactly like your babies one day me and my family went on a vacation to San Francisco California and a lady noticed my son’s cheeks and she recommended this and I promise you two days worth of use and it has changed and no longer there and to this day I put it on him every night whether his cheeks are red or not I highly recommend it

Definitely check with your pediatrician first but this happened to my son too at 2 months. I bought the Honest brand eczema body wash and washed his face 3 times a day with filtered water. It started clearing up after about 4 days. I also used (and still use) Aquaphor Healing Ointment on his face and body. He's almost 4 months now and once it cleared up, it hasn't come back. Aveno made it worse in my case. Hope your little one feels better!

Check in with your pediatrician. My daughter was having issues with Aveeno lotion (I tried every single one) and Johnson’s. Dove ended up being a winner for us.

My son has eczema it’s not as bad but his doctor told me to use cerave on his dry patches and it works great. They have one for babies. I just use it after his bath or once a day and it’s made his skin smooth and the dryness is gone.

I will try different lotions...over the weekend at his grandmas place we only had Johnson and his red face went away a little for half a day but grandma lotioned him up like crazy I guess...I did call the doctor and he said it's cradle cap. And Vaseline and hydrocortisone twice a day for 5 days...after one day his cheek got crazy better but then came back bc of grandmas clothes...

Can you take him into the pediatrician. My son had something like that, I forget what she called it but fave is a cream and it cleared up after 1-2 days of using it. My pediatrician said it was common.
