Hello everyone,

So I have never taken any form of birth control and need recommendation on what worked for you and what didn’t. I know everybody is different but hearing suggestions and what you didn’t like about a certain kind would help with my decision. I come from a family that is old fashioned and don’t believe in taking birth control as they believe it is very harmful to the female body. So growing up hearing that and being told I was not allowed to take it just makes me a little nervous to take it.
