Can pulling out really be enough for avoiding pregnancy.. have been on the patch for years and really not suiting me really effecting my mood and hormones so wondering would I be safe enough to pull out and avoid pregnancy!

I have a couple friends who solely rely on pull out. Both of them have kids because they said 'we purposely wanted kids this time' I don't believe them, would not advise it as a birth control method whatsoever

No it’s not a form of contraception 
Plenty of woman have gotten pregnant thinking pulling out method is reliable 
There is the copper IUD with is non hormonal might be worth looking into

I've done the pull out method for years with my ex and we were good 🤷🏿‍♀️. You just gotta know your cycle, how your mans ejaculate works, and when he's about to orgasm.
