I’m confuse on this 2 apps

Glow says I’m 5 dpo, fertility friend says I’m 7 dpo ..more back to the story I got my smiley face 3/1/22 so I’m guessing that was peak,soo what now 5 or 7 dpo?? also glow got my period on time last month this month says I’ll get it 3/16/22,, fertility friend says I’ll get it on 3/12/22, so that’s 4 days apart also yesterday morning had lil nausea but it go away and breast is hurting not bad .. So what now any ideas ladies??
