Foul smells/sensitive nose

I'm 31+2 and within the last week or so my nose is SUPER sensitive it seems, changing my daughters diaper the smell of poop is just super pungent/sour ammonia idk how to fully describe it. It's not just her though my son and me as well. I know sensitivity to smells is a pregnancy thing but can it really come out of nowhere? I was sensitive to smells the first trimester then nothing again until now. The smell happens with other things too but the only one I can really pinpoint it to is the bathroom... is it just crazy hormones? I go back to the dr the 25th idk if its worth mentioning.. worth noting it was happening more frequently it seems to be subsiding a bit.
