Vagina blisters

Need help please! Me and my bf had rough sex a little bit ago and I thought I had cut myself shaving and it just looks like skin peeling. But also like a burn blister. Complete flat no bubbles no white heads nothing just look as if a skin piece fell off well the sex ended very very dry and painful and itchy so I figured a uti and as the days gone by I just bought the cream but noticed now there are a few more very tiny little skin places or blisters. He did give me oral but it makes no sense to be herpes as I never had them and he for sure doesn’t either. I’m very confused and scared. No longer itchy and stuff but I’m still going to treat it as a uti and my minoras are still red and inflamed. Dishcharge is normal. I’m not really concerned even with my vagina cause it feels fine but these little skin peel kinda blister looking things freak me out I’ve never had it before but it makes no sense to be anything crazy. Put in your best wisdom.

EDIT: also this is just around my vagina like 2”3 or 4 spots and I think I’ve noticed the same thing on my leg like by my knee just a little tiny spot that it looks like skin peeled but has the shine of a new blister no bubble. Also on my nose I’m so confused they all kinda look the same and all happened randomly.
