Last night I took a shower and this appear, idk if it’s a rash, a chemical burn, or I’m not sure. It just randomly appeared last night.

it could be a cold sore. almost everyone has a form of herpes and it usually shows with cold sores or blisters/ulcers on the inside of the mouth. nothing to be ashamed or afraid of

Did you wash your face? Some products make my face look like chemical burns mainly near my eyebrows and nose, cause my face is too sensitive it usually goes away after a couple hours or day.
