So I have just started depo. I got my first shot on Feb 21, 2022. I am a 24 year old female with one kid. It is not March 11 and my period is 3 days late! I have gotten frequent headaches this week and cramping yesterday but no blood or spotting. What is going on? I asked my doctor and they said that it could be normal and I can schedule a nurse visit for a pregnancy test. I'm not that sexual active and we use the pull out method.

What has been your experience with depo and could this be normal?
