Letrozole
I will be starting a round of Letrozole this coming month.
But I am so worried about the chances of twins.
I have a almost 3 year old. And I really only want one more.
A healthy pregnancy is of course my goal single or multiples.
I guess I am looking for like how many people have gotten pregnant with multiples on letrozole.
