My first born didn't get teeth until he was 12mos and they came in pairs bottom 2 then top two etc. He's 5 and doesn't have any wiggly teeth yet.

Baby boy will be 6 months on the 14th and no teeth yet that I can see. He was born 4 weeks early due to severe covid so that could be a factor, but he’s since caught up to his actual age.

My babe got his two bottom central incisors at 5.5 months, just a couple days apart. Then he got a top lateral incisor right at the 8 month mark and it’s counterpart is gonna break through any day now (8.5 months). No top middles to be seen yet! 🤣
