Miscarrying at 5 weeks?

I’m scared my Hcg was 4,346 on Saturday and today it is 3,086 …. What could this mean? I’m shaking … 🥺

Unfortunately it sounds like a miscarriage. Hcg at this point should really only be going up, not down. Was it tested at the same lab both times? The only chance is maybe they have different calculations. But unfortunately it’s not looking good. I’m sorry. I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks last summer
