I need ideas

So I just need ideas on what this pain could be. I’m thinking it’s just maybe a bigger cyst. I’m having one sided pain right at ovary level. I can feel it when I twist and even at points walking. I especially feel it when I’m going to the bathroom and fart even. It can get very sharp when I’m doing that. I am very close to my period so on top of it. Im having pms symptoms as well. Let me know what you think. If it gets any stronger I’m most likely going in but I also have an appointment in a week and a half to restart fertility treatment. So trying to wait until that if I can because it’s really wait until then or go be seen at the walk in clinic
