Billing issues with Natera?

UPDATE: According to BBB, this company is not accredited with them. So many negative billing reviews. I feel stupid. So I called back since the 174.50 sounded like a good price after reading what I did on BBB. Guy tells me the horizon test isn’t covered either and I would owe over $300. I told him I just called and spoke to someone else and that wasn’t what I was told. I got put on hold. He comes back and tells me he was wrong and confirmed 174.50. Seems scammy as shit. I went through an IVR and paid it and got back to him right away where he was able to email me the confirmation receipt. I’m pretty annoyed by this.

Has anyone gone through a company called Natera for genetic blood tests called Horizon and gender testing called Panorama?

I’m being told that if they send my insurance company the cost of the test and they decline it, I could see a charge for an unknown amount which could be hundreds of $$$. OR I could just pay them right now for $174.50 to cover panorama but they can’t send me a bill. I’m not paying anything if I can’t see a bill.

I also can’t view my billing account on their website and it tells me to call in which I did only to be told that once it goes to insurance and it denied then the payment of $174.50 is off the table. Like what?!

Anyone else have issues with them?
