just started having some pains on the left side… Almost feels like gas pains, but its been a few days now😥 I’m 7+2days

I was 8.5 weeks, and mine was severe gas pains I'm the center (like hunched over pains) and I was also bleeding lightly but it was very dark blood. I went in after a couple of days (because my OB continually told me it was a normal miscarriage and kept telling me not to be concerned, even though I'd had 6 losses before and knew the difference) and my tube ruptured in the ER.
