Honest opinions… wedding dresses!

I bought them a year ago, and im getting married in May 7th, but ill be 7 months pregnant and feeling self conscious with body changes. Today i tried them on again at 21 w pregnant to see and they still fit. Would you wear them or buy something more pregnancy appropriate i guess?
