I don't know why but sex hasn't been very good lately.. I don't know what's the issue. I can never fully relax.
But when I masterbate I can orgasm every time. But I can't orgasm with sex...
Any advice?

I personally think masterbating too often can desensitize u from human experience. A toy is manufactured and can operate consistently unlike a human so i can see how it could not be as pleasurable at times

It sounds like you’re at the point where you’re probably overthinking it and will have a hard time while having sex. Try and relax. (easier said than done) Maybe try some foreplay and explore each other without too many expectations. Be honest that this is exploratory sex. Maybe have him try rubbing you during different times , and teach him what feels good. Teach each other.

It used to be the same for me. It’s honestly taken me till this age (i’m 37) enjoy sex the way the i do now. Like I feel so comfortable with my own body now and I feel confident in the bedroom and I guess I thought I was those things before but I really wasn’t! It took six years of being with my husband for me to get to that point. We went through a lot of things together and developed a real emotional bond that we didn’t have the same at the beginning of the marriage. I am convinced that’s the reason I’m able to enjoy sex like this now. I had other partners before my husband I definitely didn’t enjoy it like this. 
It really helps me to have a lot of foreplay. I can’t just jump in to sex. My husband will give me a full body massage and massage my clit and things like that and that helps a lot before sex. I can orgasm better during sex if he does that. And since you are able to orgasm from masturbation, maybe it would help you if your partner were to do the same and do a lot of external stimulation before and during intercourse. many women aren’t able to orgasm without external stimulation. It just takes time of getting to know your body and building that relationship with your partner
