My hgc levels are still 29,000 3 weeks after my miscarriage

Have you discussed this with your doctor? Did you have a D&C or take cytotec with your miscarriage? Have you had an ultrasound to check for any retained tissue? These could be causes that your hcg is still so high, but for some women they just take a while to drop. Did you have your hcg checked at the time of the miscarriage to see how far it has dropped? How many weeks were you?  I’m sorry this is happening and it probably feels like the miscarriage is just being drawn out longer than necessary. This happened after my second miscarriage and I had a d&c 5 weeks after the miscarriage, I was 10 weeks but the baby stopped growing between 6 and 7 weeks.
