Mucinex and Milk Supply
I have an awful sinus cold, congested, sneezing like crazy and watery eyes. I really want to take some mucinex to help clear this so I can function but I don’t want to kill my supply. Has anyone used mucinex or other antihistamine while nursing/pumping? What was the milk supply impact like? If it’s not too bad, I will take some but if it’s going to drop in half, forget it I’ll stick it out. 😖🤧🤧🤧
