Horrible Skin/Rash

My poor baby has developed a severe skin rash (our PED has no idea what it is and we’ve been referred to derm) in less than 2 weeks time. I have not changed a single thing in our house since she was born. Same laundry soap for everyone, all her bath stuff is the same, I haven’t changed my diet (EBF), nothing. She’s currently on 6 different creams/oils for her skin and it just seems to be getting worse. Some of the places have started turning into a skin infection so we have an antibiotic cream for those. A very strong steroid oil for her body, a ketokonazole shampoo for her severe cradle cap.

I feel so bad for her and it breaks my heart. She scratches at her head so we have to keep mittens on her. Holding her makes the spots flare up and get raw again. I just want her sweet happy face back. Right now half of it is covered in a huge rash ☹️
