Bills

So, if you and your husband both work, how do y’all work out the bills so it’s even? I started working in July of last year and ever since I started working I have paid every single light bill myself. He will every now and then pay a phone bill here and there but they are only $45 and $55. The light bills have been anywhere from $300-$600 each. He has not once offered to help pay one. Is it fair? What would you do?
