Heavy bleeding, any possible ideas why?

Hi guys I’m 10 weeks today and I’ve had heavy bleeding for about 20 minutes maybe not even that long. I don’t know what could have caused this. I’ve gone to the er where I am at but they did not offer any services since they say they don’t have the right equipment. I’m on my 4th pregnancy, all previous miscarried at 8 weeks or less. I have had bleeding in this pregnancy before that ended with a huge blood clot being passed but baby was checked on and fine after that.

Im wondering if this has happened to anyone before and what the outcome was. Just trying to soothe myself and keep calm.
