Help :(

So when I found out I was pregnant my dr had me ween myself off my anxiety meds (Zoloft) I weened off of it officially at like maybe 10/11 weeks pregnant and he wanted to put me on lexapro but I never mentioned it to him cause I was too scared to take anything at all I wanted to try and be able to deal with it all Unmedicated while pregnant. Well I’m now 15 weeks and my anxiety is so bad all over again. It’s taking me over again. Is it to late in my pregnancy to get on lexapro? Will it hurt my baby? I never took anxiety meds while pregnant with my first I just stayed a nervous wreck with him.
