7 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies! I’m 25 years old and 7 weeks pregnant today with my first ultrasound tomorrow.

The last 2 days I haven’t been experiencing any symptoms like I did in week 6. Was having sore breasts, bloating, and fatigue. Now I’m only feeling dull pain on my right side and severe dizziness. This is a really high-risk pregnancy given that I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, type 1 diabetes, and high blood pressure. I was told by my OB nurse to go to the hospital if I experience unilateral pain and/or vaginal bleeding with fainting. Do you all think I should go to the hospital to get checked out today or wait and see if anything gets worse? Thank you in advance 💓
