Pregnant after Miscarriage???

(KINDA TMI) Ok sooo i started spotting on Feb 17 ER said baby had no heartbeat. Wasn’t until the 19th that I felt everything come out. I then bled for a total of 9-10 days. Well today I took a test and its a very faint positive. I made sure to test after the miscarriage and it was negative like a week later. So because that was my first miscarriage idk when my period was gonna come so Im nervous i dont wanna get happy just yet. Anyone else experience this? Pregnant right after a miscarriage?
