Heavy implantation or just period?

Hello, i have never had sex but im worried precum on the fingers may have gotten in my vagina when i got fingered.

i recently had what i think is my period but im unsure because ive heard of people saying theyve gotten heavy implantation bleeding before. Not sure if heavy implantation bleeding means a lot of light pink/brown or deep red blood. My periods typically are what i classify as "light" but this time it seems a bit lighter than usual. I typically have to change my pad at least twice a day but now i am fine with one pad and even using a liner.

My period last month started on the 24th and I first noticed a light pink spot on my liner around midnight of the 23rd this month. The next morning i woke up there wasnt too much blood but when i went to wipe there was bright red blood not a lot but there were streaks of blood. Still not much throughout the day but later that night i changed to a liner and it filled half of the liner in a deep crimson red. I changed to a pad for the night and after i woke up the next morning and got up and moving a bit i noticed my pad filled up and overflowed a bit since it was condensed at the top of the pad. The toilet when i went to go change was pretty full red. Throughout the day there still wasnt much blood other than the morning but there was enough to fill maybe 1/4 of the pad that day. The blood at this point seemed spotty as in it would come out in a what felt like gushes but would never make it onto my pad until i stood up or peed. Even when it came onto my pad it was a quarter sized drop of bright red each time (so it would accumulate filling the liner/pad).

Went to sleep that night and woke up with not much blood maybe 1/4 of the pad again and then throughout the day i didnt have any bleeding and felt some lowerback and side pain. Keeping in mind ive been doing a lot of sitting and laying down the past few days. I went to the bathroom and noticed blood after i peed and when i wiped but hardly any on the pad. I cant tell if its similar to my previous period because i didnt pay enough attention before. After that later that day i noticed i was able to fill half a liner with bright/dark red blood. I noticed a lot of blood and a small clot when i went to go shower. After woke up this morning i dont see much blood just brown on my liner which i assume may be old blood towards the end of my cycle. My period lasts about 3-4 days with the 5th day usually being brown blood. I also do not typically get painful cramps. My cramps are usually light and i get lowerback aches. This time it was even lighter on the first day. No cramps or pain really since the first day. Does this sound like heavy implantation bleeding or just my period?

This would be my fourth day of "bleeding" if its my period.

I might just be overthinking and over-reading about other people's experiences which is clouding my judgement of whether this is a period.
