What’s your daily vitamins regimen look like?
Hi my name is Kortney. I am 25, not a mother to my own baby yet but a future step mom to 5 kids. Been trying to get pregnant on and off for the last 7 years but all together 5 years of straight trying with no success. I have PCOS and last year after weighing in at 270 decided to have weight loss surgery and lost just over half my weigh and currently sitting between 133 and 140. I am currently taking:
2 - prenatals
2- probiotics
4- coq10s
1 - vitamin b complex
1- vitamin d3
4 - folic acid
1 - vitamin c
1 - melatonin
1 - saw palmetto
2 - alpha lipoic acid
1 -acetyl l- carnitine
1 - Tylenol pm
1- mucinex for the first half of my cycle
2 - letrozole for days 3-7 of my cycle
I am curious to see what others are taking and if you have been suggested something by a doctor or healthcare professional to boost fertility that I am not currently taking. What I am currently taking is approved by my team so please don’t be telling me I shouldn’t be taking something on the list as my team has suggested and approved this list but I am always welcoming other ideas. Things that were recently removed from my team cause they can cause uterine contracting are: red raspberry leaf tea, black cohosh and evening primrose oil. I can’t take baby aspirin due to weight loss surgery and stomach issues with NSAIDs. Thanks for taking the time and any supported advice you have!!!
