Taking the Pill continuously

So i recently a few months ago started taking the pill continuously. The last time I got my period was February. I had food poisoning last tuesday on vacation and threw up the pill. I decided not to let my period come because i was on vacation. i bled that night a little bit and then two days after i bled. i didn’t bleed the next day but then i had sex with a condom and started bleeding during sex. that was two days ago i haven’t bled since. shkjd i let my period come? what do i do?
